About

My name is Dante, and I provide content support for teams that need to get things done.

Someone has to figure out what to say, turn expertise into something people want to read, optimize it for search, get it published, keep it updated, and make sure the whole operation doesn’t become another project sitting in someone’s backlog.

That’s where I come in.

I provide hands-on content, copywriting, SEO, AEO, content marketing, and content management support for businesses and marketing teams that need experienced help without adding another full-time hire.

More than 10 years working in content and search

My background spans digital marketing agencies, SaaS, cybersecurity, legal marketing, media, and enterprise content.

  • I’ve created content for brands including IBM, Adobe, LinkedIn, and the NBA. At Adobe, I led more than 100 content refreshes that helped increase organic traffic to its CX glossary by 35%.
  • At CrowdStrike, I worked on a content and SEO program that generated 50 million search impressions and more than 20,000 first-page rankings.

I’ve also spent years doing the less glamorous work that keeps content moving: managing CMSs, updating websites, building publishing processes, conducting keyword research, refreshing old pages, coordinating with developers, and figuring out why something that should have shipped Tuesday is somehow still sitting in review on Friday.

And I’ve been on the other side of the table.

I built an independent publication from scratch, managed a seven-person writing team, and grew it to more than 30,000 monthly readers and 3.4 million organic search impressions before it was acquired.

That combination shapes how I work today: understand what the business needs, make the content useful, and get it out the door.

How I can help (seriously…)

Different teams come to me for different reasons.

Sometimes you need someone to own an entire content program. Sometimes you have a specific campaign that needs extra hands. And sometimes you simply have too much work and not enough people to do it.

For agency owners

You landed the client. Now you need someone who can actually deliver the work.

I can plug into digital marketing, SEO, and web design agencies to handle content without creating more work for your internal team.

That could mean:

  • Writing website copy for a new build or redesign
  • Producing SEO articles and landing pages
  • Handling keyword research and content briefs
  • Optimizing existing client content
  • Providing ongoing content support after a site launches
  • Working directly with your strategists, designers, SEOs, and developers

I understand agency workflows, deadlines, client feedback, and the importance of delivering work your team doesn’t have to rewrite.

For SaaS companies

Your product makes perfect sense to the people who built it. Your customers may need a little more help.

I turn product knowledge and internal expertise into clear content that explains what you do, why it matters, and where your product fits.

I can help with website copy, product and feature pages, use cases, SEO content, comparison pages, thought leadership, content refreshes, and ongoing content management.

And because my background includes working with SaaS and enterprise technology brands, you don’t have to spend the first three weeks explaining what an API is. My work has included Contentful, CrowdStrike, Adobe, IBM, and NinjaOne, among others.

For law firms and legal marketers

Legal content has to do several jobs at once.

It needs to answer the question someone searched for, establish credibility, compete in crowded search results, and turn complicated subjects into something a potential client can understand.

I spent more than 10 years producing SEO content specifically for competitive legal search markets, including high-volume production and ongoing optimization around search intent and organic visibility.

I can support practice area pages, location pages, blogs, content refreshes, SEO optimization, and larger content programs.

For marketing teams

Sometimes the strategy is already there. You just need somebody who can execute it.

I work with product marketers, content marketers, lifecycle marketers, SEO teams, digital marketers, and marketing leaders who need another experienced set of hands.

Bring me the brief, campaign, backlog, half-finished landing page, or 200 URLs nobody has touched since 2022.

I can help turn it into finished work.

For teams with too much content

Publishing content is easy.

Managing hundreds or thousands of pages over several years is where things get messy.

I can audit existing libraries, identify what needs to be updated, consolidate outdated content, improve internal linking, optimize pages for current search behavior, manage CMS updates, and create workflows that make future maintenance easier.

That experience comes from managing large content libraries firsthand, including content operations, web publishing, SEO, QA, and ongoing site maintenance.

You don’t need another content bottleneck

You need someone who can understand the assignment, ask the right questions, do the work, and keep things moving.

That can mean one landing page.

It can mean 20 SEO articles or just an email welcome series.

It can mean helping your team figure out what should be written in the first place.

Or it can mean taking ownership of the content work nobody internally has time to own.

Tell me what you’re trying to get done. I’ll figure out how content can help.
