I’ve written millions of words since 2012. You don’t need to see dozens of links to my work.
Instead, here are three of my best projects for some of my current and former clients.
1. Neil Patel Digital

Content support across major client accounts
I partnered with Neil Patel Digital to provide content support across accounts including SoFi, Intuit, Adobe, HP, Western Union, Charles Schwab, Prudential, Marriott, and Levi’s.
What I did
- SEO content and content refreshes
- Website and marketing copy
- Thought leadership
- Search optimization
- Ongoing content management
- Adapted content across different industries, audiences, and brand voices
The impact:
The partnership expanded into ongoing work across multiple major accounts. I became a flexible extension of the agency team, helping them deliver client work without adding another layer of management or rewriting.
2. IBM

Ghostwriting expert-led thought leadership
For four years, I worked as a freelance ghostwriter supporting IBM’s white paper and thought leadership programs.
What I did
- Interviewed and collaborated with IBM subject matter experts
- Researched complex business and technology topics
- Developed original outlines and narratives
- Ghostwrote long-form white papers and thought leadership
- Preserved each expert’s voice and perspective
- Managed multiple rounds of stakeholder review and approval
The impact:
Individual projects typically took one to two months from research through final approval. The relationship lasted four years, with IBM continuing to trust me to turn its experts’ ideas into polished thought leadership without losing the expertise behind them. These projects were shipped to some of the brightest minds in technology across the world, and I played a huge part in writing them.
3. Norton

Content creation, SEO, and a large-scale refresh program
I support Norton’s Resource Center across security, privacy, performance, and scams, working with its editorial and compliance teams on both new and existing content.
What I do:
- Write and optimize net-new Resource Center content
- Manage the editorial content calendar
- Collaborate with editors and compliance on accuracy and E-E-A-T
- Research and optimize content for organic search
- Spearhead Norton’s ongoing content refresh program
- Conduct ROT analysis across articles dating back to 2016
- Refresh, consolidate, redirect, or retire outdated content
The outcome
The program has improved the quality and search readiness of a large existing content library while keeping new content moving through production. With my help, we managed to close the competitor gap analysis between Norton and Cloudflare for keyword terms both companies have overlap in.
The work has also delivered strong visibility in AI search, helping Norton’s content surface as search behavior expands beyond traditional organic results.
